Sounds heard through a wall lead one to materialize images of a volatile relationship within a fixed interior space. The gaze whether imagined or real, seen or heard is an interpretation of one’s own reality/illusion of an incident; including the couple’s own reality/illusion. Use of visual and audio repetition allude to the addiction of the couple’s game and to the ritual of the game – which can be a convoluted, pernicious cycle.
